We verify, certify, and publish records involving parents, children, families, and organizations that serve them.

Applications are open to:

  • Individuals (parents, children, teens, caregivers)
  • Families or family groups
  • Schools, NGOs, community groups
  • Brands, companies, and organizations serving parents and children

No. Children may hold records, provided parental or guardian consent is submitted.

A qualifying record must be:

  • Measurable — quantifiable with clear data
  • Verifiable — supported by evidence or witnessed live
  • Extraordinary — beyond common or typical achievements
  • Family-oriented — directly involving or benefiting parents, children, or families

We do not accept:

  • Unverifiable claims
  • Subjective achievements (e.g., “best parent,” “most creative child”)
  • Popularity-only metrics (e.g., likes, followers)
  • Unsafe or harmful attempts, especially involving children
  • Duplicate submissions without meaningful new value

Applicants must submit an official online application through the Parenthood Records website and attach all required details. A confirmation email/WhatsApp notification will follow.

Depending on the record, you may need to submit:

  • Record Proposal
  • Measurement methodology
  • Photos, videos, or supporting evidence
  • Witness statements
  • Parental/guardian consent (for minors)
  • Endorsement letters (if applicable)

Yes. If a category does not exist, Parenthood Records may create one after internal review and approval.

Verification is conducted in two ways:

  • Remote Verification — for achievements with complete and reliable documentation

On-Site Adjudication — for large-scale, public, or complex attempts requiring live verification

Standard verification takes 30 working days after complete evidence is received.
Express verification within 14 working days is available with additional charges (brand submissions).

Yes. All active records can be challenged by new applicants who exceed the previous benchmark with valid documentation.

Parenthood Records reserves the right to revoke any record proven to be fraudulent, unsafe, or misrepresented.
